Clio Operate will interact with Power BI as a Power BI Pro licensed user. This provides the account permission to publish reports, datasets and allocate gateways.
In O365 Admin, create a new user account.
Allocate a Power BI Pro license to this account. If you do not have any licenses available, then you will need to purchase one.
