To confirm the configuration, we will now use Clio Operate to publish reports to the workspace.

Clio Operate Configuration

To publish reports, Clio Operate needs the following information.

Power BI Service Account details

Username and password - these can be found in O365 admin for the service account you created.

Power BI Workspace ID

This can be found in the URL of the workspace you have created.

App Registration Details

• Application (client) ID
• Directory (tenant) ID
• Object ID

These can all be found on the Application Registration Overview page.

Publishing a Report

Once Clio Operate has been configured with the details from the previous section, it will be able to automatically publish reports to your workspace. To test this, navigate to an area in Clio Operate that uses Power BI. In most deployments, the reports are found here:

• https://{ShareDo-environment}/reports-ShareDoType

A report that uses Power BI presents this in the URL, e.g.:

• https://{ShareDo-environment}/powerbi/insights-instruction-summary

If the report is successfully published to your workspace, you will see the details in the user interface.
