The Work Scheduling settings card allows a configurator to define how a work item's lifecycle is calculated. Work Scheduling settings are mainly relevant to Task work types (including key dates) and are available on the work type modeller page: Launchpad > Modeller > Work types. Open a work type on its General Settings page.

Click the edit icon (the pencil) to change the settings.

Note that these settings affect how items are rendered on the Plan Widget.
Key dates normally have their end date linked to the due date, and do not track duration.
