Configuring Page View Analytics and Recent Items

Learn how to track portal page views and enable recent items.

You have designed a fantastic portal and now need to know if anyone is using it; this is where page analytics come in!

Page Analytics are configured in the Feature framework Page View Analytics.

As standard you simply need to enable this feature; although if required you can change the retention period for the information that is retained.

Page View Analytics Settings

Once enabled your Clio Operate environment will be augmented with two additional pieces of functionality.

Recent Items

My Cases menu with links to Recent itemsYour users "My Cases" menu should now include links to their Recent items.

If this isn't the case then you may need to add the "My work item interactions" provider to your global menu definition.

Page View Reports

Page View Report

When page analytics are enabled you will also be provided with additional pre-configured reports on both the Admin home page and the Work Type Modeller home pages by default.

This widget is also available for configuration on your own custom portals; for example if you are configuring Adoption dashboards.
