You can create a Virtual Data Room in Sharedo

1. Before you create a VDR on a case you need to make sure you have configured a Virtual Data Rooms Widget to be able to see your data rooms. If your widget is already configured jump straight to step 7.
2. Go to Open Modeller > Work Type > Work type modeller
3. Select the work type to which you want to add your VDR's and click Portal designer
4. Choose the page to which you want to add your data rooms widget [We recommend that you add the widget to the Documents page as it will make the process of adding documents to your VDR much easier] and click Design
   
5. Click the + button on the container where you want to add your widget > filter on Virtual data room files and select the widget
6. Click the Editicon on your new widget and configure as required
7. Navigate to the page in where your virtual data rooms will be available click Create on the work item ribbon > Virtual Data Room
   
8. Set the Primary Owner role and any other participants you want to be able to access the VDR with their relevant role, e.g. Contributor, Client Access, Reader then Save & Close.
9. Your Virtual Data Room is now ready to use.
