When you open a ShareDo blade, there are likely to be multiple sections displayed. By default, these sections are expanded with all fields visible, like the Matter Details in the image below. To collapse a section by default, you can turn off the Is Expanded setting.
Turn off the ‘Is Expanded’ setting
- Navigate to Modeller > Work Types and select the work type you wish to edit.
- Click on the aspects button at the top of the page.
- Choose the aspect you wish to edit and click the Edit Display Rules
button.
This will open the display configuration. You can then set the Is Expanded button to off, and the section will be collapsed by default.
