When a participant is added to a work type, a set of menu options is available for the participants. Actions allow you to edit, reassign the participant. Activities shows a list of the activities you may wish to engage in with a participant. For example, you may wish to send an SMS to a customer or schedule an appointment with a supplier.

Access this global feature at Launchpad > Modeller > Global Features. Search for participant
Work Type Configuration
The work type configuration allows you to specify which task types will be available in the participant activities menu. Clicking into any enabled work type allows you to specify which parent work types the menu option will be applied to, what icon will be used, and what title will be displayed.
