Clio Operate integrates with FormEvo's comprehensive and secure electronic and digital legal forms library. In the past, Clio Operate users who required court forms had to download the form, convert it to Microsoft Word format, and add Clio Operate tags to use it. This is no longer the case. FormEvo provides a library of electronic forms, and Clio Operate's integration with FormEvo allows for the following:
- FormEvo documents can be made available within Clio Operate just like any other document template.
- Configurators can map the Clio Operate data schema to the FormEvo form schema so that when a user requests a form, the data is automatically populated from Clio Operate to the electronic form.
- While the final production of the form will occur in FormEvo, when this process is completed, it will be sent back to Clio Operate for storage.
For more information on FormEvo, see their website.
Integration Overview
The Clio Operate FormEvo integration consists of the following elements:
- A system administrator sets up the Legal Forms Global Feature and linked-service configuration.
- A document template admin sets up the Legal Forms document template configurations.
- End users get to prepare legal documents from FormEvo with their Clio Operate data and store those documents in their work items like any other documents.
