Use the Voice Notes global feature to configure the use and storage of voice notes within your solution. Find the feature at Launchpad > Modeller > Manage global features. Search for Voice Notes (it is in the Channels category).
Click the gear icon to configure the voice notes name (using tags), maximum recording length, and bit rate (this affects the clarity of the recording and its file size).
Voice notes are stored in your underlying Document Management System (DMS).
