Prizm is the document preview software used by ShareDo to preview documents within the system. The end user use of the software is configured in the Document Preview feature. This feature sets up the technical details around the implementation such as the server names and API keys.
Access this global feature at Launchpad > Admin > Integrations > Global Features. Search for Prizm.

Prizm license
As ShareDo possesses the necessary Accusoft Prizm license, clients and users do not need to purchase one to access the feature and preview documents.

Prizm PAS service URL | The Pas service URL for Prizm (provided by Prizm as part of your implementation). |

Content Conversion Polling | |
Timeout (in seconds) | Timeout for content conversion. ShareDo must poll Prizm to determine whether content cnversion has been completed. This value determines how long the application will poll for. |
Retry Delay (in milliseconds) | (Default 100. Indicates how often ShareDo will retry Prizm. |
Back-off after retry count | Some conversions can take longer than others. If after a configured number retries Prizm has not completed the conversion ShareDo will 'back-off' by increasing the retry delays. The retry delay is capped at 30 seconds. |
Back-off delay increase factor | The amount by which ShareDo will increase its retry time when backing off. |
Document Markup | |
Strip content blocks from openxml markup | Occasionally, generated document have an OpenXML structure that Prizm cannot read. Enable this option to strip all content blocks before they are sent to Prizm. |
Viewer Timeout Settings | |
Timeout (in seconds) | Requests to the Prizm document viewing APIs are deemed to have failed after this specified number of seconds. Multiple requests may be necessary for a particular operation. |
Tracing | |
Enable HTTP Tracing | HTTP TRACE is an HTTP method primarily used for diagnostic purposes. |
