In a production environment, dedicated Power BI Embedded capacity is required to issue embed tokens to users viewing reports through ShareDo.

Create Power BI Embed Resource in Azure

Power BI Embedded dedicated capacity is provided as an Azure resource. This should be created in the same tenant subscription that was used to register your Power BI Administration account.

This resource should be created within an Azure Subscription, and the administrator assigned to the same account as the one you administer the Power BI Portal with.

Once created and running, the Power BI Admin portal can be used to allocate embedded capacity to workspaces.
