There are several new portal widgets available in Finance V2.0 to enable you to customise your budget display

These include the following
- Budget Analytics – this shows a graphic view of changes to your budget over time.
- Budget Summary - this allows you to display the full budget in read-only mode on your portals
- Budget Status - shows a rolled up view of all budgets configured
- List Views - there are dedicated list view providers to enable you to display budget transactions
Budget Analytics

The Budget Analytics widget enables you to specify the following configuration settings

| Budget Structure | Enables you to specify the budget structure that is displayed |
| Value Column | Enables you to specify the Position that will be displayed in the charts |
| Display Level | If your chosen Budget Structure includes a roll-up then you can optionally choose at what level it should be displayed |
Budget Summary
The Budget Summary widget shows a view of your Budgets within a portal.

This view is enabled by adding the following widget to your portal definition.

The Budget Summary enables you to specify the following configuration settings

| Budget Structure | Enables you to specify the budget structure that is displayed |
| Value Display Name in Widget Header |
Enables you to specify whether the fullname of the budget is shown in the widget chrome

| Show Related Structures |
If enabled users will be able to “switch” between budget structures within the portal page view this menu

| Show Phase Change | If enabled users will be able to change phase from the widget |
You can also configure whether notes and documents can be added to a budget.

Budget Status
The Budget Status widget is often configured on Matter home pages to show a summary across various budgets

This view is enabled by adding the following widget to your portal definition.
List View - Budget Transactions Log
There is a new list view provider available to create list views from “Budget Transactions Log”

Like any other list view provider, you can then use this to create a new list view from modeller -> list views

This list view provider provides the following filter options to enable you to provide specific list views
