Clio Operate will publish reports to a specific workspace within Power BI. For this to happen, the workspace must exist.

Create Power BI Workspace

Log in to Power BI at https://powerbi.microsoft.com

Create a workspace:

Give the workspace a name and description. The option for Dedicated capacity will be greyed out unless you already have this available in your tenant.

Add the Clio Operate service account as an Administrator of that workspace:

Note the workspace ID, as you will need it later.
